75% of all calorie absorption occurs in the small intestine. By taking any heavy laxative you speed up the hair like fibers in your intestine that push the food through. This allows for less absorption and thus your body takes in less calories and nutrients. There are many problems with this including your body builds a resistance and can’t function right when you stop taking them leading to constipation. Also because your body can’t absorb nutrients properly it can lead to health problems if taken long term.

this guy decided to put a colon cleanser to the test. it doesnt ake it run right through you. he swallowed some change before the cleanse and after and it took the same amount of time for it to go through his system.

As we eat, and invariably eat junk food from time to time, some of the food actually sticks in our gut, and the colon stretches a bit to compensate. Over time, there could be as much as 20 to 30 lbs. of junk in there. Colon cleansing removes that junk.

they break down all the food so it basically goes right through you... make sure you wear a diaper if you try this cuz you are gonna need it!

I have went on a 14 day fast where all I consumed were live foods. I made fruit juices and vegetable juices. For a lunch or evening meal I steamed vegetables. I drank lots of hot teas and lots of water with lemon, and cayenne pepper. My allergies went away, my skin began to clear up, and my disposition even became more sweet and calm.

YES!! I have….I loved the results. You got the good one where its just tablets.. I hate the powered drink or tea ones. I lost weight and had alot more energy and just wasn’t sluggish anymore…Its good if you eat alot of meat..gets all that stuff out of your intestines and colon..
