I have stomach bloating almost everytime i eat, no matter what the amount of food i taken. Also i burp a lot, but still the bloating is there.
I exercise a lot.my body is fit,except for my stomach, always bloated. I drank green tea on a daily basis, but it also doesn’t help.
What can i do to reduce this symptoms of stomach bloating + burping?

Well my sister gets that, and I think I’m starting to develop it.
I think the main reason we got it in the first place was because we both went on this carb diet for quite a while, and I think consequently we became allergic to carbohydrates.
So, given that you have similar symptoms, my guess is that you probably are allergic to something you eat or drink, such as carbohydrates, although it maybe something else.
Experiment, try cutting out different things from meals until you have isolated the problem.

Most adults are lactose intolerent. Humans weren’t made to drink cow milk after baby age. I stopped eating and drinking milk products and instantly the bloating stopped. Also msg is a huge bloater, and it is in everything! Try cutting out milk and see how you feel, and if it doesn’t work, cut out milk and msg. I’m sure you will feel better.
