Yes, I do know of a cleanse that I’ve personally had great results with. All the ingredients are 100% natural herbs – nothing else. Using this cleanse, I’ve gotten some dark rubbery like intestinal plaque out every time.

What I love about this product is that you can do it either in 5 or 10 days to suit your schedule. Also you don’ t have to fast or starve yourself. There are some dietary changes, but overall it sounds like you’re moving the the direction of healthy eating anyway.

I give this cleanse my highest recommendation!

There are many cleanses out there but one of the most effective is the coffee enema. Not exactly pain free (cramping) but is very effective at removing debris from the colon. Google the web for instructions. You can also buy colon cleansers at the health food stores. They consist of pills that you take over a course of time and drink lots of water. I found this to be not as effective and I hate taking mass amounts of capsules. Good luck, this would be a good idea to start off any healthy diet regimen.

Does anyone know of a natural colon cleanse that really works?
I really need to jump-start my routine , and I’ve started eating healthier & trying to find time to exercise( I’m pretty active on a day-to-day basis). I was just wondering if maybe a colon cleanse was the way to go? Just wondering if anyone knew of any that actually works.Thanx!

It may not be one of the best…..many cultures believe in it………Fasting….with only non-tap water, now,with plenty of cleaner bottled water. If you’re not accustom to even missing meals, "DO NOT ATTEMPT" fasting without starting off by doing just that,missing meals, in small steps. Make sure you’re good and healthy, before trying FASTING..LATER

I’m glad I found this question because I know this works!
Here’s what I do:
I get one of those extra-large water bottles. Put in a half a cup of REAL Cranberry Juice with nothing added to it. (You might be able to get this at a grocery store but I buy mine at a health food store… which are easy to find) Then I fill up the rest of the bottle with water. Drink 2 of these a day!
The taste isn’t amazing but you really get used to it fast. If you want, put 8 drops of Stevia in it. You can buy this at the health food store also. It sweetens like sugar does but it’s healthy for you!
I drink this everyday and you can honestly feel that it is cleaning out your body. You’ll go to the bathroom a lot and if it makes you feel a little bit sick the first day, it’s okay because it does that to me, and you know it’s working because it IS toxins that are being released from your body. I used to have a bunch of bumps on my arms too from who-knows-what but since I’ve been drinking this, there are so many less and they’re less noticable. So yes, this cleans out your organs and your skin and is safe with medications.
This works, I hope you try it, I know you’ll love it!
